Venue & Vendor Planning
- Narrow vendor options to two or three choices in each category based on budget and style.
- Coordinate with the caterer on menu, beverages, rentals, staffing, setup, and final numbers.
- Coordinate transportation for the wedding party, family, and guests as needed.
Wedding-Day Preparation
- Create the complete wedding-day timeline.
- Reconfirm details with vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding.

- Coordinate with the officiant and attend the ceremony rehearsal as needed.
